Verification Step: To ensure serious inquiries, we added a verification step in the booking process, keeping the system efficient and focused.

Property Detail Page
To tackle user reluctance, we enriched property listings with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and virtual tours to provide a comprehensive preview before booking a visit.


Book Free Site Visit
We've partnered with Ola and Uber to simplify transportation for potential buyers, encouraging more on-site visits with a free, convenient cab service. This effort boosts property exploration and enhances purchase likelihood, driving better engagement and conversion
Online Presentation
We facilitate property presentations via Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, allowing potential buyers to explore properties remotely. This convenient option broadens access, enabling more personalized tours and interactive sessions. It's designed to increase engagement and expedite decision-making, ultimately boosting sales conversions.
Verification
To confirm the booking, an OTP will be sent to the user's registered number. This enables the Relationship Manager (RM) to verify contact details. The RM will then call to discuss specific preferences like budget and location, ensuring genuine interest and preventing system misuse for free rides.
Designing for Sales Executives
In our quest to streamline operations and empower our sales team, we meticulously designed the dashboard to cater to the specific needs of our employees. The dashboard displays a variety of performance metrics, including monthly sales figures, daily tasks, and detailed pipeline analysis. This visualization allows employees to monitor their progress in real time, making it easy to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
